Self Hypnosis Information

I decided to start this blog to share my experiences of self hypnosis and to try and point those people searching for an alternative solution to their challenges in the right direction.

I'm not a doctor. I make no claim that any of these things will work for other people and I strongly suggest you talk to your own medical practitioner before using self-hypnosis for treatment of health problems.

However, self-hypnosis has worked for me on two occasions - once to combat stress (which was making me quite unwell) and the other to quit smoking. After trying many different methods I have to say that using self hypnosis to quit smoking is the best way I know. As for my general health - never been better. I can't remember the last time I had so much as a cold.

That's about it by way of introduction - just letting you know why I've started a self hypnosis tips blog. If you have anything to share or comments to make I'd be delighted to hear from you.
